I broke my ankle a month ago and required surgery so I called Home Hero for help with snow removal. I was introduced to the owner, Chris, who was a very nice gentleman and reassured me that he would be able to help me while I recover. Chris definitely held up to his word and was here promptly to remove snow and even offered help with any home repairs I might need while I’m recovering. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again!!
I would highly recommend Home Hero LLC. We’ve been looking for years for someone to shovel my mom’s driveway in the winter and we finally found Chris. He is fair priced, punctual, and reliable. We never had to worry if he was going to show up or not. He even went the extra mile and dug out my mom’s garbage cans on garbage day when she couldn’t get to them after a snow/ice storm. He will take care of your property like his own!
Chris did such a great job on cleaning up my lawn! He showed up early and stayed late to complete the job! He really went above and beyond expectations with how detailed he was. I will be hiring Home Hero for many more home projects!
We had some trouble getting contractors to return our calls, but Home Hero LLC is the exception. Not only did they answer, but Chris came out and worked with us to figure out exactly what we needed. He rebuilt our front stairs railing system and tilled/filled in some grassless areas in our front yard. He didn't over-charged when some unexpected issues came up, and he was very quick getting us a clear invoice. I would hire this crew again in a heartbeat.
Chris and his team did an amazing job this weekend working on our front garden beds. He was super communicative in regards with what he was seeing and what he recommended. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. we look forward to working with him again in the future on other projects.
Chris is a man of many trades! We had a roof issue that lead to a water leak. I messaged him and asked if he was able to get me in his books soon. He was prompt with responding back to me, which I really appreciated. Thankfully he had a cancellation and was able to make it out to our house in a matter of a day. Which I really appreciated bc water leaks are very concerning. He found the issue and was able to fix it that day! He also noticed that our gutters were really full, I appreciated him bringing this to my attention. He took pictures to show me how full they were. I hired him to come back out to clean the gutters out as well. Chris is a honest and trustworthy guy, he is now our go to guy for home repairs etc....Thank you again Chris!
